At Lathrop, we believe a community is stronger and more vibrant when it includes all of us. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to create a safe, non-judgmental space for everyone to be their authentic selves and to cultivate a community of compassion, acceptance, safety, trust and belonging.

Putting Words into Action
Lathrop is committed to implementing its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) plan to assure all aspects of our community embrace a spirit of inclusion and culture of diversity. Our DEIB plan represents the shared concepts, beliefs and actions that help us nurture and promote our core values throughout every corner of our community.
