We offer a secure, comfortable community in which residents can arrange for extra support (such as assistance with medications or daily routines) or engage private duty care as needed.

Overview of Costs


Townhomes in Easthampton and Northampton

The Entrance Fee for the townhomes begins at $295,000. When a resident leaves Lathrop, 90% of the entrance fee is refunded either at the time the residence is released to a new occupant or at the end of one year, whichever comes first.

Monthly Fees for townhomes range from $1,910 to $3,575 and include all internal and external maintenance, landscaping and snow removal, water and sewer, trash removal, real estate taxes and many other expenses.

Inn at Easthampton

A Community Fee option is available for studio and one-bedroom apartments. The Community Fee plan requires a one-time deposit of $12,500, which is refundable for up to four months. The Monthly Fee thereafter is $3,265 for a studio and $4,180 for a one-bedroom apartment.

Two-bedroom apartments are available on the Entrance Fee plan. The plan requires a one-time payment that ranges from $208,000 to $218,500. When a resident leaves Lathrop, 90% of the entrance fee is refunded either at the time the apartment is released to a new occupant or at the end of one year, whichever comes first. The Monthly Fee for this plan ranges from $3,825 to $4,365.
