CONFIDENTIALITY

Lathrop Communities expects all its employees to hold all information concerning the residents in strictest confidence. All employees, at the beginning of their employment, must sign a "Confidentiality Statement" regarding their responsibility to keep medical and personal information regarding residents in strictest confidence. Employees are morally and professionally bound to refrain from discussing information about Lathrop Communities' residents with other residents as well as with individuals not connected with Lathrop Communities. All requests for information must be referred to the Executive Director.
