even a game room with a pool table. There are spaces available
for private parties and get- togethers. Wonderful luncheons take
place monthly. You will find it to be much more than a lovely
home in a beautiful setting. The Lathrop Communities is a place
where seniors can pursue their interests, make new friends, and
have the time and freedom for personal expression and growth.

The  Lathrop Community
at Easthampton is nestled
on our 175-acre campus, the community has over 100 acres of forests
and fields preserved in all their natural beauty. All of our townhome
residents have full access to common rooms and amenities at The
Inn. There are many spaces for private parties or social gatherings.
Our Easthampton residents have post office boxes at The Inn, which
also includes a library with internet access, fitness room, wellness
center with RN Director to assist with health needs, barbershop/beauty
parlor, game room, craft/painting room, large community room with
large screen television, and a well appointed dining room.
