Joining Reservation List . . . requires $1,000 and this agreement

 

I, , have placed a deposit of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) with Lathrop Community, Inc. for the purpose of securing a priority reservation number in either of the Lathrop Communities: the community off Bridge Road in Northampton and a community off Florence Road in Easthampton. It is understood that:

 

•  This deposit is fully refundable at any time by giving notice to

Lathrop Community that we surrender our reservation number and release Lathrop Community Inc. from any obligation to us.

•  This deposit shall be fully applicable to the cost of securing a Lathrop Community Residency Agreement on a unit.

•  This deposit shall not bear interest.

•  This deposit shall result in a priority reservation number being issued solely to us. This number shall not be transferable.

•  Irrespective of this deposit, we acknowledge that we must meet any residency requirements that may be in force at the time of         signing a Residency Agreement and that Lathrop Community Inc. may, at its option, meet its entire obligation to me at anytime by returning this deposit to me or to my estate.
