The 60 townhomes at Lathrop Easthampton are built on 35 acres of a vast, 175-acre tract.  100 acres have been designated as conservation land, and 40 acres are set aside as an agricultural preserve. The townhomes are clustered in six lanes, and residents use The Inn as their community center much like Lathrop Northampton uses the Meeting House with the addition of the dining room and café.
