The 61 townhomes on Lathrop’s Easthampton campus sit on a vast 175-acre tract, of which 86 acres are, or shortly will be, in conservation restriction. It boasts 3.5 miles of trails through forests and meadows, vernal pools and streams.
Homes are nestled on six lanes. Their open-floor plans are designed for easy, relaxing living. They are two-bedroom, single-story homes with a den, outdoor patio and attached garage. Residents choose from three basic floorplans, some of which have walkout lower levels.
The Inn at Lathrop
The Inn at Lathrop, in addition to serving as a community center for all residents, offers 50 comfortable apartments with several different floor plans. The Inn provides more closely supported living to both independent residents and to those who may need more overall support.
Residents can choose from studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment floor plans.

Lathrop Northampton is about 5 minutes from downtown, with 77 townhomes grouped on seven lanes arrayed on a 35-acre, park-like campus. Seven acres of adjacent woods, with a walking trail (complete with a waterfall), leads to the Fitzgerald Lake Conservation area.
